Pre-Event Exposure 

• Inclusion of the sponsor’s logo on the homepage of the event website. 
• Sponsor’s logo featured in one (1) pre-event promotional email distributed to registered participants. 
• Inclusion in the official Event Preview highlighting program details and features. 
• The sponsor’s mention, with a hyperlink, is included in the “Welcome” email sent to all participants before the event.  
• Sponsor highlighted in the official exhibitor listing with a designated sponsor icon for increased visibility. 

On-Site Exposure 

• One (1) 55-minute presentation on either 22 April or 23 April 2026.
• Sponsor recognition included in official on-site event signage. 
• Inclusion in the digital Event Guide provided to all attendees. 
• One (1) mobile app push notification delivered during the event. 

Exhibit Hall Theatre seats approximately 45 attendees with the stage set for up to 3 speakers.
