On-Site Exposure 

• Exclusive sponsor branding prominently displayed on the official attendee tote bag, distributed at Registration. 

• One (1) sponsor-provided insert included inside each attendee tote bag. 

• All on-site distribution and logistics are managed by Event Management. 

Sponsor to Provide 

• Logo 
  • Provide a white logo file and a colored logo file with a transparent background 
  • Deadline: immediately after contracting 

• Tote bags produced by the sponsor, subject to approval by Event Management.
